The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Water and Environment with deep sorrow announces the death of Mr. Mafabi Gumonye Paul who was the National Project Coordinator for the Green Climate Fund – Wetland Restoration Project which occurred on 15th September, 2020 in Victoria Hospital. The late Mafabi Gumonye Paul formerly served as the Director Environmental Affairs in the Ministry of Water and Environment.
Mr. Mafabi Gumonye Paul was born on 16 October 1958.
