I thought I’d survive without you
    but my dreams fled
& my hopes for a new dawn
    became the tears
    of the morning dew
    I thought I’ll survive you
but all I did was discover
    how even the living
    are embraced by death…

With heavy hearts we say rest in peace our dear cousin brother. We will miss you but we know that to be absent in the flesh is to be present with the Lord. We know that you are with the Lord and we thank Him for your life.

In His embrace, may God hold you, Angel Cuthbert, as tenderly as you once held your precious parents, wife, siblings, nieces, nephews, friends, colleagues, peers and family.

May God shoulder the burden of sorrow that besieged us since your departure to a better place no doubt.
To family and friends, may God encourage us all to be strong and to keep the memory of Cuthbert the Lion alive and burning in our hearts and mind. We miss you lots, Cuthbert- the Lion.
