A few years back as we geared up to witness the historic Installation of the first ever Ugandan / EastAfrican as Rotary International President, “lightening” struck across the entire universe & we lost RIPE Sam Owori. As if this wasn’t sad enough we now have lost Mama Nora Owori. RIP, till we meet again.
