Professor Fred Kironde had a great illustrious career, spanning 3 continents and impacting thousands of lives. He worked tirelessly, was devoted to his work and generous with his knowledge. He has set a great example in the art of tireless devotion to work, research and helping people. He truly sets the standard for all of us.
Through all this, he never forgot those closest by his side. He was a great parent to those who got a chance to interact with him and took care of everyone, never forgetting to pass on the spirit of hard work and dedication.
Vigil will be held at their home on Wednesday 18thAugust, 2021 at 4C Kironde Close Munyonyo, Kampala.
Burial will take place at their ancestral home in Nkozi- Mawokota, Mpigi District (behind Nkozi University) on Thursday 19th August, 2021 at Mid-day, starting with a Service at 10:00am.
The burial will be in accordance with current burial guidelines and restrictions.
