Stanley Elwoku Etoori was born on 1930 to Mzee Ezekiel Etoori and Ms Esteri Amalo of Kalaki

Working
He was prominent Public Health Inspector and Educator.
His major roles were:
- Inspecting homesteads and public premises for hygiene and sanitation;
- Inspecting refuse collection and disposal sites;
- Sensitizing the community on Public Health Acts, Regulations, and By-laws;
- Participating in disease surveillance.
- Providing technical support to the communities in regard to environmental health services; and Managing sensitization Programmes about Primary Health Care in the communities.

Passions and Characteristics
- His pleasant personality was contagious to everyone he met.
- He cherished education and ensured all his children got educated
- He loved cleanliness and encouraged everyone to do the same.
- He was deeply religious and nurtured his children to serve God.
Grand children
He is survived by about 50 Grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
His death
He got a stroke in December 2012 which paralyzed half of his body. He was therefore bedridden for over 11 years under palliative care. Two weeks ago he stopped eating on his own and was rushed to Nsambya hospital in Kampala where he was admitted and discharged after 5 days in much improved health state. On 20th May he started experiencing breathing difficulties and was again rushed to Nsambya hospital where he was admitted to the ICU unit. He died on Tuesday 21st May 2024 at 1am.
We celebrate his life and thank God for the fruitful life that He gave Him.

Vigil will be held at his home in Kalaki Town Central Ward on Friday, 24th May 2024.
There will be a Funeral Service at home in Kalaki Town Council on Saturday, 26th May 2024 starting at 10:00am and later burial.
