Mukyara was born in 1935 to Yuniya and Peter Rwenkaranga at Kinyasaamo Rukungiri Rujumbura.
Her father was one of the first people who spread Christianity in Rujumbura together with Timiseo Byakaraga and Bulasio Bulogo.
She was the fourth born in the family of six.
By the time she passed a way, she was the only surviving among the six.
At the age of 15 years, she got married to the late Norman Kakyesereza of Kagunga aha Kitooma.
She is survived by four children, sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
There will be a funeral service at their ancestral home in Kagunga Rukungiri District on 25th November 2022 starting at 10.00 and followed with burial at 2pm.
