October 20, 2022 at 2:38 pmHajjati Kigundu was the epitome of discipline and strictness that I knew growing up in the hills of Mutundwe. She will be missed dearly and may her soul rest in peace. Take heart Sauda, Kafeero, Ali, Abas, Musa … we are with you in spirit and Mum has gone to a better resting place.

October 21, 2022 at 9:12 amHajjati Kiggundu—
Always welcoming, loving and did so with a genuine smile. I knew Hajjati through his son Musa when I was a teenager and from then on, I always felt like part of the family at Mutundwe.
Hajjati’s was a nice person, offering warm hospitality to everyone that visited no matter your age or religious affiliations. Hajjati is someone who you could approach for advice on matters of life — and she was keen to know how an individual was progressing socially and financially — a motherly instinct.
To Musa, Sula, Ali, Sauda, Badru, Abbas et al— be resilient! You have lost a strong pillar of a Mother, one who exhibited strong values of love, kindness and respect. These are the values that you can espouse in Hajjati’s remembrance and honour.
Thanks Hajjati for all the Love!
Rest Well Hajjati🙏🏾
