He was promoted to Principal Auditor in 1995.
He was posted to Directorate of Statutory Corporation
In June 2004, He was promoted to Assist. Director of Audit and also assigned in August 2004 to act as Director of Audit Statutory Corporations
In 2008 he was confirmed as Director of Audit.

My heart felt condolence to the breaved family, colleagues and friends. Mr. Francis you were my first director of audit as I joined the Office of the Auditir General. Your encouragement and Support enabled me to undertake my MBA at MSM. I was glad that I had an alumni and mentor to look up to for further career development. You have been a father to all. Your kind deeds and objective administration is and will be greatly missed.

I actually don’t have the right words to say, but thank you for being there in every moment of our lives, being a father figure, mentoring us, for encouraging us never to give up, for pushing us so hard and never encouraging laziness in us and for teaching us life techniques, how to leave with people and how to love people. So many things the list is endless…
We’ve lost you uncle and daddy but we shall keep ur candle burning.

Mr. Masuba championed many initiatives geared towards attaining independence of the Office of the Auditor General and improvement of staff welfare!
He was a parent, kind and a great mentor! I will never forget him. He supported us alot when ever we needed help and most especially OAG Women’s Forum. He has gone too soon but indeed he has left a legacy in our OAG!
