    Prof. Eddy Kurobuza Tukamushaba says

I learnt about the sudden death of Dr. Jolly Byarugaba with shock. I worked with Jolly at MUBS from 2001 to 2013. I found Jolly caring and always wanted to get information first hand before making any conclusions. I will greatly miss her council and friendship. May her soul Rest In Peace
