- He was the first chemical engineer PhD holder in East Africa
- He was the Chief Chemist of Uganda Development Corporation from 1969 to 1990 when he retired.
- During his time in UDC he started many enterprises including:
- Uganda cement industry Tororo.
- Uganda cement industry Hima.
- T I CA F – Tororo industrial chemicals and Fertilizers.
- Lake Katwe Salt Project.
- He was the Author of the Proposed Federal States of Uganda.
- He was the Author of a book In Search for Sanity.
- Olukiiko Olwazawo obwa Kabaka bwa Buganda
- Secretary Buganda Land Board
- Olukiiko lwa Namirembe Diocese that formed Kampala Diocese
There is a Funeral service at St John`s Church of Uganda Kitintale on Tuesday 04th October, 2022 at 01:00pm thereafter vigil will be at their home in Mutungo Hill Kampala.
Burial will take place at their ancestral home in LubumbaVillage, Lukaya Masaka on Wednesday 05th October 2022 starting at 12:00noon.
