Career Background
CP: Okulu Alfred Dakokati worked in Uganda Government Prison Service from 1987 to date rising from ranks of cadet officer to Commissioner of Prison (Inspectorate and Quality Assurance Department).
There will be a requiem mass at Bahai on Tuesday, 23rd November 2021 starting at 10:00am, followed by vigil.
Burial will take place at their ancestral home in Patiko, Ajulu- Gulu on Thursday 25th November, 2021 starting with a requiem mass at 10:00am.
