Jacquline was born in 1971 in the former Kabale District (now Rubanda District).
She studied in the following schools:
- Primary : Rubanda Mixed primary school.
- O-Level and A-Level: Bweranyangi Girls SS
- University: Makerere University (LLB)
- Diploma: LDC Makerere
She worked in the following workplaces:
- Plan International Uganda
- Care Uganda
- Uganda Law Society
- HURINET (Human rights Network
- DGF (Democratic governance facility)
- HADS (Humanitarian Agency and development services)
At 25 years, she got married in Kanungu District, Northern ward, Kanungu Town council, Rwabushunju cell.
She got married in 1997 and has been married for 28 years.
Jacqueline has been a very hard working lady, both in office and outside office, she is an entrepreneur together with the husband they own SHATSI Coffee and she has been working selflessly to see this company spread higher both in Uganda and outside countries.
Sickness:
Jacque’s illness started about 10 years back when she was pregnant and started getting anemic, the condition that continued even after birth.
Later it was discovered at Case Clinic that she had a gist in her stomach, which has seen her go through different surgeries, it was discovered to be Malignant Cancer.
In 2023 March, she was referred to India at Rajagiri Hospital where they treated her perfectly, she returned and she was getting better until when the medicine stopped responding and the pain became too much that medicine was changed again at 3 Rivers cancer center for one month which also failed to respond to her sickness till she breathed her last.
Vigil will be held at their home in Kijubwe Northern ward -Kanungu Town Council on Monday,25thAugust 2025 starting at 6:00pm.
Burial will take place at their home in Kijubwe Northern ward-Kanungu Town Council on Tuesday.26th August 2025 at 12:00Noon.
