Elizabeth Freda Nabatanzi Semakula, was born on 5th December 1962 at Mulago Hospital.
She was one of the 3 Children of the late Robert Tabula Semakula and the late Mrs Joyce Nakandi Kaddumukasa Semakula of Kawempe ku Polisi.

Freda’s grandparents
- The Paternal grandparents were the late Moses Tabula (of Lugave Clan) who was laid to rest at Kanyike Mawokota Mpigi and the late North Nakayenga (of Mamba Clan) laid to rest at Kyasa Ssingo.
- The Maternal grandparents were the late Tito Kaddumukasa (of Njovu Clan) and the late Adrona Natongo Kaddumukasa (of Nkima Clan) laid to rest in Buwaali, Kireku Busimbi Division Mityana
School Time
Elizabeth Freda Nabatanzi started school at Teacher Semakula’ nursery school at Namirembe.
She then went on to Gayaza Junior School for her Primary Education from P 1 to P 7
She went on to the Trinity College Nabbingo for her Secondary Education from Senior 1 to Senior 6
She then went to Nakawa National Business College for an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies
She later left for United Kingdom where she attained a degree in social work and Social Administration, the profession she carried until when she retired on medical grounds.
Christian Life
Freda has also been very committed and active in the service of the Church, and she has been an Usher in her local church in London. And by the time of her passing, Elizabeth Freda Nabatanzi had given her life to Jesus Christ and was now a born-again Christian.
